Important changes to our Supplier Onboarding and Information Update process.

 

As part our ongoing commitment to provide the best service to our suppliers we are making some important changes to our supplier onboarding and information update process.

From 9th January to 6th February 2023 there will be a freeze on changes being made in Coupa. This means that throughout this period, any changes you make through the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) to your company details will be rejected. The current form will become obsolete and going forward, you must request a new form to make changes.  If during this period an urgent change needs to be made that will affect payments, please contact your Mitie business partner.

Please note you will still be able to submit invoices in the normal way.
